Applicant must meet the following:-
1. Good communication skills (Hindi & English); knowledge of travel norms and good knowledge of the Internet and email communication.
2. Handling of all walk in telephonic and email inquiries related to Tour Cab Rental, Tour Packages and Travel Suggestion.
3. Qualitative Coordination skills required to communicate with colleagues, Vendors and Travellers | Guest.
4. Resolve queries of customers regarding Hotel Reservation | Tour Itinerary | Travel Suggestions etc.
5. Applicant must have sound knowledge of Himachal Travel Routes, Himachal tribal areas, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Delhi and Leh Ladakh Travel Circuit.
6. Independent handling of Travel Help Desk Travel executives ready to provide a one stop travel shop experience to customers (Surplus).
7. Travel Executive should be self-motivated; driven individuals are welcome and preferred.
8. Extensive knowledge of MS-Word, Power Point, Excel; effective time-management skills; and the ability to readily accept challenges and quickly absorb the things new in formations and procedures.
